In-house software development

In 2010, Support Stack made a key decision to undertake the bulk of our software development projects in-house at our Leicestershire headquarters in the UK, as opposed to using outsourced development services. This strategic move to bring everything under one roof means we can provide bespoke software services more rapidly and significantly reduce costs for our clients.

Today, we have a team of multi-skilled experts dedicated to developing and deploying bespoke applications and websites. Plus, we can also specify and implement third party solutions.

Kathy Clarke
Managing Director

Kathy specialises in business improvement. 

Her extensive expertise also includes workflow and gap analysis, new business development, market analysis, research, tendering and contracting.

With a background in public sector project management and business development, Kathy and her husband Jason founded Ndaba in 2007 to provide IT solutions designed to help smaller businesses to thrive and grow. They recently purchased and merged Support Stack into their support portfolio.

Jason Clarke
Operations Director

Jason is an internationally experienced software solution designer with a great deal of product management, market research and internet marketing expertise.

He has a proven ability to grasp complex concepts, distil information, automate systems and ultimately enhance IT efficiency for clients.

Jason also has a wealth of experience when it comes to managing complex business change projects.

John Kesterton
Technical Director

A results-driven IT professional and consultant with extensive experience in the engineering, administration and support of IT systems, John has too many IT certifications and accreditations to list here.

John has a wealth of experience in a diverse range of IT platforms, hardware, software and programming languages.

He has led many global IT development and systems integration projects.
