Get Support
To request IT Support please choose from one of the options below or simply give us a call on 0115 7788115 and we’ll try to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible. If your request is out of normal hours, please refer to your service contract for details on raising a ticket.
REMOTE SUPPORT
Step 1
Download the file you need for your device from the downloads section adjacent. If you are unsure just ask us what you need.
Step 2
Launch the file you have just downloaded. It may be in your Downloads folder if you can’t see it.
Step 3
Wait a moment after launching the file (it can take a minute) and then give the 9-digit number to us over the phone or via email through the ticket system.
Step 4
When the support session is complete be sure to quit the program. We will of course end the session our side but if you close the program this ensures that your device cannot be accessed any more until you re-start a support session.
CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET
Complete the short form adjacent to create a support ticket in the Helpdesk. Be sure to give us the correct contact details so we can respond as quickly as possible. Once we receive your request a ticket ID and confirmation will be emailed back to you.
